Welcome to CTT

With over 30 years of providing case management in the City of Philadelphia, CTT has the capacity to serve the needs of 800+ individuals whose hopes and dreams are all too often put on hold by their lived-experience of mental illness.

CTT is a place to grow

CTT promotes growth opportunities for our behavioral health professionals especially those early in their career.  We foster a supportive environment with hands-on training and mentorship in the field.  We encourage professional advancement by providing reimbursement for tuition and licensure supervision. We offer generous salary and benefit packages.

CTT is Community Based

We meet our people in their homes and neighborhoods.  We know that offering intervention and service in the community increases participant access to support and affords them the opportunity to practice skills where those skills are most needed.

CTT Treats The Whole Person

CTT provides each person the support necessary to live independently in the community and achieve their goals and aspirations. This includes fiscal resources as well as vocational opportunities.  Each individual is supported with appropriate behavioral, medical and dental health care.

CTT is Team Driven

Our agency has three Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, four Blended Enhanced Case Management (BE) teams and one Behavioral Health / Intellectual Disability (BHID) team. Our teams are multi-disciplinary providing support 24-hour a day / 7-days a week. We do whatever is necessary to enable our participants to live and thrive in the community.
