CTT may collect personal information. This information is voluntarily provided to CTT by the user with regard to registration for training events, requests for CTT publications, and contact and mailing list correspondence. Users voluntarily provide information such as name, email address, agency, county, and job title. All information collected is used to process the user's request and is never sold or shared with a third-party for commercial purposes.

CTT does not collect information under any conditions except when a user purposely communicates with us. Our policy is to use the information we acquire for internal purposes only, and we maintain appropriate measures to keep this information private. Users can visit the site without revealing any personal information. If a user chooses to give us personal information via the Internet for the purposes of correspondence, a publication order, to join our mailing list, or to participate in CTT's educational trainings, the data we collect is used for that purpose only.
